- Swimwear and Casual wear.

This first time ever shoot comes out to less than $7.00 per hour Per model,
We defy you to find models of this quality, at this price.
Better get in this year cause next year we will know better!!.
Investment ONLY $100.00 Per session.
You may purchase time at both sessions
Soft Drinks and Water are included with your fee.
A $25.00 non refundable fee (included in your session fee) will be applied to all shooters for site prep
and set up and .model booking advance.
We reserve the right to cancel the entire event with full refunds.
We prefer paypal as payment on this event, but we will accept checks if received no
later than July 12th

This shoot will be held on a eight acre private estate in Desoto Mo. 15 minutes south of Festus
House, Guest house and Pool and grounds. As you can see the location is quite secluded
and private. Site has a large in ground pool and nice deck area.
You may shoot anywhere on the property. See photos below.
DIRECTIONS and other info WILL BE SENT TO ALL Registered participants.

Sessions limited to 10 Photographers per session.
At this greatly reduced rate we can only provide a limited model release for use of the photos.

Shoot Details
Shoot will start promptly at 9:00am and 1 pm, and will end as scheduled.
Late arrivals will not be allowed extended time.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
Please park only in the designated areas on the property.
All shooters must register when arriving on the location.
You Must have a valid Drivers License or state Issued ID with you
to register. This is for legal and insurance reasons and to insure everyone's safety.
You will be expected to sign copies of the model release before one will be provided to you.
NOTE:
This shoot will be happening at the same time as the Edge Agency Summer picnic.
Not all models onsite are available for shooting for various reasons. You will be introduced to
the models being used in your sessions. Please restrict your photos to those models you are introduced to.
The models not participating have been instructed to avoid appearing in your photos and
will make every effort to stay out of the way.
Please notify Kevin Long if you need to move any people out of your shot.
Please Keep in mind this is a private residence, someone does live here.
The interior of the main house is for the use of the models only, there are restroom facilities in the guest house.
The garage is off limits please.
All other areas and gardens are available for shooting.
Soft Drinks and Water are included with your fee.
Some reflectors and Light modifiers will be available. It is suggested to bring your own.
Battery Operated flash equipment only please.
Please be courteous with your equipment.

Photographer Cancellation Policy:
A refund of session fees will be provided according to this schedule
Cancel by July 17th - Full refund
Cancel July 17 through July 21 - You are limited to a refund of your session fee, less
the $25.00 site prep and booking advance.
Cancel After July 21 - No refund

Inclement weather:
Stopping the shoot due to rain will be at the sole discretion of the property owners and
their decision as to pool/site safety.
**The shoot will go on as scheduled even in the event of overcast conditions. **
If the shoot is affected by rain - the following will apply:
A: If light rain, shoot may be delayed up to one hour, shoot will resume after weather event
to allow for a full three hours of shooting.
B: If rain delay is more than one hour, shoot will be cancelled, and $25.00 per hour of shoot time lost
will be refunded to each participant up to $75.00 total.
C: In the event of complete event cancellation due to weather.
You are limited to a refund of your session fee, less the $25.00 site prep and booking advance.
BUT You will receive a $25.00 credit on any future workshops or photo shoot events.

MODEL INFO:
All models appearing at this shoot are subject to availability, and are not
guaranteed to appear. Photos provided are based on the models statements that they
will appear to be photographed. Circumstances beyond reasonable control may effect
models ability to appear.
We will guarantee that the minimum number of models will be present and available to shoot.
We will add models at the following break points to maintain a large enough pool of models to shoot.
1-13 shooters - 5 models
14-15 shooters - 8 models
15-20 shooters - 10 models
Please be mindful of your fellow photographers.
We want every shooter to be able to photograph all of the models appearing at this event.
Please do not monopolize any one model. Thanks. If you notice this behavior, please notify Kevin Long.
All wardrobe/swimwear is at the models discretion. Feel free to ask your models if they have multiple swimsuits or
other wardrobe, most will..
Absolutely NO NUDITY or IMPLIED NUDITY is permitted, please DO NOT ASK or attempt to shoot these type of
Photographs. Thank you
