Policies and Procedures

Usages, Exclusivity, Endorsement, Use of Name, Television, Internet, Film and Video, and all digital media.

As model rates are applicable to time booked only, ALL usages must be negotiated through the agency. 

All rights granted are limited to specific usage, term of usage and type of media which are determined at the time of booking. All other uses or extensions of time must be separately negotiated.  We require a contract be signed before any grant of exclusivity, product endorsement, or use of the models name occurs, unless prior approval in writing from the agency is obtained.

All Internet, Film and Video, Television and all other forms of broadcast media usage must be negotiated in advance with the agency.

Changing Facilities:

 

Secure private changing facilities must be provided on all bookings including locations.
 

Experimental, Spec Job, Test shooting, Time for Prints:

Model will not sign any photographic release, and photographers may not use the photographs taken unless specific arrangements have been made PRIOR to the shoot with the agency.

Trades For Prints - The agency fee of 20% is charged for this service on a per hour basis, based on the models base rate which is $35.00 per hour. (This translates to approximately $7.00 per hour agency fee)
 

Releases:

All required releases / agreements / contracts must be submitted for agency review and approval prior to the job date.

The model will not sign anything that is not pre-approved by the agency.

CONVENTIONS/TRADESHOWS

 

General Spokes models will be allowed to wear comfortable low heeled or no heeled shoes.

Two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch break per 5/6 hour shift. 1 hour lunch required for all 8 hour + workdays.

**See parking information under fees. This is important at all downtown trade shows/conventions in particular.

Additional duties, requiring product sales, sales pitch, answering detailed product or company questions, demonstrations, running errands, wearing skimpy outfits or wearing high heels all day may require additional charges. Please call for more information.

SWIMWEAR

 

Two hour minimum on set.
Client must specify type of swimwear.
 Agency must check with model before accepting any swimwear bookings.

 LINGERIE

 Bras, panties, slips pantyhose and all transparent lounge-wear and or sleepwear.
 Two hour minimum on set.

Client must specify type of lingerie'.  Agency must check with model before accepting any lingerie' bookings.

Fees:

1 hour minimum on all bookings with the exception of lingerie' and swimwear.

All day rate bookings are computed based on an 10 consecutive hour day basis.
Before 9:00 am or after 5:30pm, or after 8 consecutive hours, time and one half will be charged, unless specific arrangements have been made with the Agency.

The following are billed at 1/2 Rate.
Travel, Fittings and Wardrobe check.

Makeup and Hairstyling- Full rate applies.
Sundays and Holidays are billed at double rate unless prior arrangements are made with the Agency.

A 20% agency fee will be added to all billings and or bookings.

Parking : Secure Lighted parking will be provided for all jobs either by validation or parking passes obtained at the clients expense. If free parking is unavailable, the client will be billed at the rate of $10.00 per day, per model.
 

Cancellation Policy 

 More than 24 hours before booking- No fee. Less than 24 hours before booking- 1/2 Fee.

Cancellations due to weather are permitted same day, if the booking can be  rescheduled that day. If not rescheduled, 1/2 fee penalty applies.

Finance charges will be assessed to all accounts not paid within 15 days of the billing date at a rate of 5% per month.
