Please read ALL of this information. It explains how we make our decisions about model selection and all minimum requirements for Edge Models.

 IMPORTANT:

ALL interviews are conducted only after viewing photos and by appointment only. We DO NOT hold open calls or see walk ins.

• We do not represent children or infants.
• We do not represent plus size models
• All ethnic backgrounds welcome.
• All models must live in the St Louis area within a 35 mile radius.
• All models must to be over the age of 18 to be represented by the Edge Agency (see Exception).

IF you are selected to become an edge model The Edge Agency covers all the following expenses,

• All photography
• All composite cards
• All headshots/Portfolio's
• All website expenses.
• All training required

 

There is no charge to the model being represented for these services.This results in a lot of cost to the agency, therefore we have become extremely selective about those chosen for representation as an Edge Model.

There are no fees to the model at any point.

SPECIAL EXCEPTION:

IF the model meets all of the above requirements, is at least 15 years old and has the support and commitment of the family / parents, we will meet with the parents and potential model to discuss possible representation. We do not correspond with children under 18,  parents please contact us directly.

Each case will be reviewed individually and selection will depend on factors such as age, experience level, and model appearance.

Submission of Photo's for review:

If you meet the above requirements and are

DUE TO SPAM PLEASE SEND TO:

 IMPORTANT: Please Put "POTENTIAL MODEL" in the Subject Line

Please Provide one good smiling headshot and one full length (entire Body Head to toe) photo. You must send at least one photo with your e-mail or you will not receive a response

 Send JPEG, JPG, BMP or TIFF Only. Must be 3x5 minimum size – 350K MINIMUM (smaller photos will be deleted)

If we need to see more we will contact you.

Please include your name, height, weight, age and where you are located.

We will contact you within a few days with a response.

 If you are mailing Photos - Keep in mind they will not be returned.

Photo Submisson TIPS

We want to give you the best evaluation possible before we decide if we can use you as a model or not. To do this we need reasonably clear, accurate, centered and undistorted photos of you to properly evaluate you.

We cannot see what you actually look like if you shoot your pictures yourself with a cell phone, in a mirror or at arms length from the side. Have a friend shoot your pictures with a real camera - not a cell phone!!!

 Your photos do NOT need to be professionally done for an evaluation.

If you submit photos that do not match the submission instructions below we will assume you cannot follow instructions properly and review you accordingly.

These are examples of a perfect submission.

THE FOLLOWING THINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR REVIEW 

Sorry, we do not have time to review websites or online portfolios to see your photos ie: (Onemodelplace, Facebook, MySpace etc). Do not send links.

 Bulk submissions to multiple agencies and website review requests / links are automatically deleted.

(Do not send photos from Cell phones or photos taken by your self in a mirror)

 Have someone else Take your picture - Your mailman, your mom, some dude on the street  Photos taken by cell phone or in a mirror, or by yourself at arms length, will not be reviewed
